Writer (working on my first novel), comic book geek, toy collector, World of Warcraft Addict (Hi, Tony, welcome to the group) and all around irritant. I've mostly read science fiction and fantasy novels, but have been known to venture out into other random fiction books and nonfiction books related to my interests; science, auto/biographies, etc.
I started out during high school (way back in the way back) with a burning desire to draw and write comics and write books that took people away to fantastic and amazing places. Needless to say, things went in a drastically different direction for a few years. Now, I have these many (many, many, many) notes and outlines for dozens of stories and characters I've come up with throughout the last 20-ish years. These stories need a voice and I'm going to give it to them.
